Your favorite dragon-themed game (based on a bird themed game) can now be organized and stowed away with this thoughtfully-designed insert!
Our Wyrmspan 3D printed organizer offers several quality-of-life upgrades to make your gaming experience easier and more enjoyable.
1. We’ve included separate card trays for both sleeved dragon and sleeved cave cards. So you can use a holder for the dragon and cave markets directly on the board, and use the other holders as a draw/discard pile. (See picture 4 as an example.)
2. Dragon eggs/coins and milk/meat/gold/amethyst each have two resource trays. So when you have 4-5 players at the table, you can have resources readily available on both sides of the table. (See pictures 8 and 9 as an example.)
3. This insert is designed so that you can store player boards on the bottom of the box, or the top of the box. You get to choose! If you have the rubber player mats from Stonemaier, you can store the extra cardboard player boards on the bottom of the box so that you won’t have to be bothered pulling them out every time you play. (All the other cardboard boards/rule books will rest on top)
Update September 2025: We are happy to report that this insert is 100% compatible if you own just the base game, or you also have the Dragon Academy insert! There are a couple small modifications required if you have the expansion, which will be outlined below the components section.

This board game insert includes:
– 2 Resource Trays for Dragon Eggs, Coins, and x2/x5 Markers
– 2 Resource Trays for Gold, Amethyst, Milk, and Meat
– 5 Trays for Player Meeples/Cubes
– 2 Trays for Cave Cards (3 spaces)
– 1 Small Tray for Dragon Cards (3 spaces)
– 1 Large Tray for Dragon Cards (3 spaces)
– 1 Tray for Round Tracker, Guild Boards, Objective Tiles, Starting Player Marker, and Score Pad
– 1 Tray for Solo Automa Deck
Modifications for Dragon Academy Expansion:
– The Training Tokens will be scored together with the pink round tracker section
– Due to the additional Guild Boards, the paper score pad can no longer be stored inside the box
– The original round tracker board must be discarded and replaced with the Dragon Academy board (which is as directed in the setup!)
We used 57mm x 57mm Swan card sleeves for the Cave Cards, and 57.5mm x 89mm 60 micron Sleeve Kings card sleeves for the dragon cards.

The box got slightly crushed in shipping, but the contents were undamaged. They fit well in the Wyrmspan box, even with card sleeves. Looks like there may be enough extra space for the next expansion as well.

I did not require customer service, but rating the seller highly for the personal note on the packing slip. Also, this organizer is the best for stuffing the base game + expansion SLEEVED, upgraded components and extra eggs–all with only minor box lift, which a box band solved–in the original box.

Fantastic build, unfortunately doesn’t work with the thicker Gamegenic sleeves but the recommended sleeves work well

This organizer helped for everything in one box. I use 100 micron thickness sleeves and they did fit, although they puffed up past the insert a bit. I had to squish them down, but it worked.
